Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga where asanas are held for long periods of time to work deeper within the fascia to help release and unblock energy channels and tight muscles.
Based on functional yoga, making it accessible for all body types through using props such as block, pillows and straps
Vinyasa
Meaning to place with purpose, this Ashtanga based flow keeps the body moving gracefully from one pose to the next using the breath to build heat and focus.
Drawing inspiration from the Ashtanga Primary and Secondary series, this practise builds strength, tones muscles and helps build balance.
